All items are non-returnable unless items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly sent.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone 888.468.3250, or email or within 7 business days upon receipt of the package so that we are able to explain what steps need to be taken. After 7 business days, we will not accept items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. No item will be accepted if returned without a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. If an item is returned without an RMA, the package will be refused and returned to sender.
